"I'll put this plain and simple - Photographers do not like talking about themselves and I am no exception. The work featured on my site, socials, publications or wherever you may have heard about me should be sufficient but in the spirit of business and enlightenment, I'll give you the brief story.
It all started for me with film. 35mm black & whites packed with so much contrast and hard punch they resonated with me. I revelled in work by Ansel Adams, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Michael Kenna and even illustrators and artists like David Shrigley & Christoph Niemann. This is how I wanted to see the world - Simplified and boiled down to the bare bones of artistic context and narrative.
Flash forward to nearly 10 years immersed in the creative world and narrative is still where the satisfaction in my work lies. Storytelling and statement is the key in my eyes."
